- We sell second-hand/used books. Condition of books may vary.
- All images shown are for representation; actual product condition may differ.
3. Pricing & Payment
- Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as mentioned on product page).
- We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
- Payment must be completed at checkout via secure methods available on our website.
4. Shipping & Delivery
- Orders are processed within [2-4 working days].
- Delivery time depends on the shipping location and courier service.
- Any delays caused by courier/logistics partners are not our responsibility.
5. Return & Refund Policy
- 7-day return/refund from the date of delivery.
- To qualify for a return/refund:
- Book must be in the same condition as delivered.
- Request must be raised within 7 days by contacting us via email/phone.
- Proof of damage/incorrect product may be required (photos).
- Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable. Return shipping cost may be borne by the customer unless it was BooksMagic’s error.
6. Cancellation
- before dispatch only. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
7. Limitation of Liability
- We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
8. Privacy
- Customer details (name, address, phone, email) are kept confidential and used only for order processing & communication.
- We do not share or sell customer data to third parties.
9. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
