Refund Policy – BooksMagic

At BooksMagic, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, our Refund Policy explains the conditions under which you can request a return or refund.
1. Eligibility for Refund
  • Customers are eligible for a refund within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • To qualify:
    • Book must be returned in the same condition as delivered.
    • The return request must be raised within 7 days by contacting us at booksmagic.in@gmail.com or calling +91 90221 56622.
    • Proof of damage/incorrect product may be required (photos/videos).
2. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Books damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
  • Books purchased under “Clearance Sale” or special discount offers (unless damaged/wrong item).
  • Delay in delivery caused by courier/logistics partner.
3. Refund Process
  • Once your request is approved, you will be asked to return the book to our store/return address.
  • After inspection, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days.
  • In case of COD orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer/UPI (details to be provided by customer).
4. Shipping Costs
  • If the refund is due to BooksMagic’s error (wrong/damaged book), we will bear the return shipping cost.
  • If the refund is requested for any other reason (customer preference), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
5. Exchange Option
  • Instead of a refund, you may also choose to exchange the book for another title of equal or higher value (price difference to be paid by customer).
